Self-perceptions, Personality, and Living with Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, or Hypertension: Implications for Health and Well-Being: Study Invitation

Do you have Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, or Hypertension? Has living with your health condition affected how you see yourself? How do your perceptions of yourself and your personality impact how well you manage your health and well-being?

If you have any one of these health conditions, you are invited to participate in a research survey to help understand how self-perceptions and personality are associated with health and well-being indicators in the context of living with a chronic health issue. Your responses will be anonymous and for participating you will be given a chance to win one of six $50 gift cards to an online bookstore.

If you have more than one of these health conditions, please complete the survey for the health condition that is most bothersome to you right now.
